Russian President Vladimir Putin visited, during his trip to Perm, ER-Telecom office and met with the representatives of IT-cluster. During SPIEF-2017, the Holding and the Administration of St. Petersburg signed an agreement on intentions in the area of implementing projects to develop the city's telecommunications infrastructure. By order of the Committee for Informatization and Communications of St. Petersburg, the company launched a large-scale public Wi-Fi network in the city, covering several districts of the city. In addition, the operator has organized a video monitoring system. ER-Telecom announced its intention to launch a federal IoT-network in 60 cities with a population of more than 300 thousand people. The holding has signed an agreement with Actility on the deployment of LoRaWAN wireless networks to provide services based on the Internet of Things on the territory of Russia. ER-Telecom joined the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP). The operator released a co-branding card for gamers together with Tinkoff Bank, from which it is possible to receive increased bonuses and return money for buying games. Together with Megafon launched a campaign in which customers receive home Internet at speeds up to 100 Mbit / s and cellular communications with 10 GB of additional Internet traffic. The company signed an agreement with Humax Co, LTD on the development of the hardware and software complex for the ER-Telecom project - Multiplatform TV 3.0. The holding closed several large mergers and acquisitions, as a result of which large federal and local operators joined in Novosibirsk, Perm, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Volgograd. The company won a tender for the construction of 2,000 street access points within the city's Wi-Fi project in Moscow. Holding launched 23 new channels and increased their total number to 213, 82 of them in HD — this is the maximum among federal pay-TV operators. The largest public network Dom.ru Wi-Fi has grown and now has 18,000 access points. The site of the telecom operator Dom.RU took the second place in the nomination «Best usability» of the annual Russian award for achievements in the digital sphere «Tagline Awards». The loyalty program Dom.ru Club was recognized as the best among telecommunications companies following the annual national award «Loyalty Awards Russia».
By the end of 2016 ER-Telecom holding became the fastest growing telecommunications operator in Russia. Company entered the cellular communications market in partnership with Russia’s leading mobile operator under the Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MNVO) arrangement — convergent project with Megafon operates in 32 Russian towns. In February the operator launched a new tariff plan «Constructor», which allows any customer to form the individual set of channels and to regulate the speed of Internet access. ER-Telecom has confirmed its leadership among federal pay-TV operators in the number of HD channels — by the end of 2016 the number increased to 67. Holding closed several large mergers and acquisitions, which resulted in the inclusion of large federal and local operators in Irkutsk, St. Petersburg and Ryazan. Bond program at 30 billion rubles was registered on the Moscow stock exchange. Company entered the public borrowing market, placing two bond issues with a total volume of 8 billion rubles. The international rating agency Standard and Poor's assigned B+ rating in national and foreign currencies, Moody's improved the outlook for the current B2 rating to positive. ER-Telecom Holding via its subsidiary Enforta (OOO Prestige-Internet) won a tender for the provision of free of charge Wi-Fi-access within the Garden Ring in Moscow, which has 1100 access points.
"Dom.ru" started assembling its equipment in Russia. The leaders of worldwide telecom market - Korean HUMAX and KAON, French Ekinops - signed memorandums of cooperation with "Dom.ru" on July 20 during Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum. In September the operator launched serial production of "Dom.ru TV Mini" TV-tuners in Perm, Russia. 2015 became the year of the development
of mobile technologies for television. "Dom.ru" expanded the abilities of its "Dom.ru TV to Go" multiscreen service. This service allows watching favorite TV programs and shows on gadget screens anywhere
in Russia with the use of wireless internet access. By launching a new high-speed plan in 5 cities,
the provider proved its technological leadership. Now the citizens of Penza, Ryazan, Tula, Cheboksary
and Chelyabinsk can go online with the speed of 200 MB/sec.

The company introduced two new devices to connect to a digital TV. The innovative «Dom.ru TV» set-top box has expanded the traditional idea of watching TV via such services as multiscreen (ability to watch 60 TV channels on mobile devices and PC), catch-up (3-day TV library for 20 channels), video-on-demand
by the world film studios, multi-level content search and mobile remote. The new STB led to the further development of the service with the account of the world trends to have the opportunity to customize
the airings. A distinctive feature of the second device named "Dom.ru TV Mini" is the possibility to connect it to any TV, including out of date models. "Dom.ru" established the leadership position on the pay-per-view TV market. The subscribers of HD-Television can watch 163 channels, 56 of which are broadcasted
in modern HD-format, and that is the maximum amount on Russian market. The operator improves
its client service system. In 2014 the software of call centers was updated and new interactive communication channels were launched.

"Dom.ru" strengthened the position of an operator offering Russian audience the biggest number
of HD channels. The company increased its amount from 35 to 50 over the year. Besides, more
than 100 channels can be watched in a standard digital format.
"Dom.ru" Wi-Fi network is the biggest in the Russian regions. There are around 5000 thousand spots
of free internet access in 56 cities.

Launch of "Dom.ru Business" - a brand focused on corporate clients. It contained a strategy of package offers for companies of all market branches. Launch of HD-television "Dom.ru TV" with an essentially
new format in 19 cities. Speed acceleration up to 100 MB/sec. "Dom.ru" connects its 5 millionth subscriber in November.
