ER-Telecom announces financial results for the first half of 2019
For the first half of 2019, ER-Telecom Holding showed a double-digit increase in revenue - by 11%, compared to the same period last year and amounted to 21,438 million rubles. The growth occurred in two business segments - in B2B increased by 15%, and in B2C - by 9%. The results achieved are consistent the previously announced strategy.

Artificial intelligence will stop shoplifters
ER-Telecom Holding deployed a face recognition system based on artificial intelligence and computer vision based on a leading retail chain of stores in Perm and the Perm region. Along with improving the security of trading floors, the project allows solving the problem of theft in retail. The program is comparable to the social credit system currently being tested in China.
A different solution of 290 cameras in 22 hypermarkets, thanks to an analytical system of computer vision, allows for a high level of security in trading floors.

ER-Telecom: ready for digitalization!
ER-Telecom Holding and Prosoft-Systems LLC signed an agreement of intent on the development of software and technical systems for the digitalization of the oil, gas and energy industries.
The fixed agreements will allow to expand the list of solutions for automation and commercial accounting of energy resources based on the LoRaWAN wireless data transmission technology.
It’s planned to adapt the products of Prosoft-Systems, a line of modular ARIS controllers designed for data collection and exchange, and AIIS KUE (automated information and measuring system for commercial metering of electricity) in order to ensure their operation for use in the federal Internet of Things -Telecom Holding.

The company takes part in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum annually. This year, the Holding organized a full-fledged exhibition exposition, presenting advanced solutions in the field of the Internet of things, digitization of industrial enterprises and urban infrastructure facilities.

ER-Telecom digitizes the subjects of the Russian Federation
During the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum ER-Telecom Holding signed a package of strategic agreements on the development of telecommunications infrastructure, a digital economy and a comfortable urban environment in the Smolensk, Tyumen, Omsk and Kursk regions.
In accordance with the agreements reached, the company plans to begin large-scale construction of Wi-Fi access points in public places in these regions, as well as to deploy a network of base stations of the LoRaWAN standard to implement services based on the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), including the flagship project “Smart Region”.

ER-Telecom announces financial and operational results for the first quarter of 2019
Consolidated revenue of the company for the first three months of this year increased by 13% compared to the same period in 2018 and amounted to 10,543 million rubles, which allows us to say that the development strategy approved earlier was chosen correct. EBITDA continues to increase faster than revenue. Its growth was 42%. The key growth factor is still the B2B business based on providing digital services to our customers.

During the visit, he met residents of the Morion Digital technology park, met with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in the Perm Region and discussed measures of state support for innovation.

ER-Telecom announces its financial results for the 12 months of 2018
Last year ER-Telecom Holding showed an excellent result increasing revenue by 18%, which amounted to 39,739 million rubles and confirmed the steady and stable growth of business efficiency, as well as the correct choice of the company's development strategy.

ER-Telecom is experimenting with robots
ER-Telecom Holding and the company Promobot based on the channel «Dom.ru. Guide» began testing the robot TV host.
Promobot is an autonomous service robot, whitch can communicate with people on any topics, recognize faces, move around, avoid collisions, move hands and head, broadcast any materials on its display and integrate with third-party devices. The key feature of the robot is the absence of the operator controlling its activity. The system can work autonomously, without the participation of people. As part of the pilot project that has started, Robot -TV host Promobot will be used as an announcer. It’s planned that he will appear on television every day and talk about the latest news from the world of new technologies.

ER-Telecom approved a code of corporate ethics
The Board of Directors of ER-Telecom Holding approved the company's corporate ethics code. The document prohibits employees from receiving and transferring expensive gifts, funding political activities, prevents the emergence of a conflict of interest and counteracts corruption.
The approved code of corporate ethics reflects the company’s clear and transparent rules of personnel work. In particular, the document notes, that in ER-Telecom are unacceptable any forms of corruption: bribes, kickbacks, bribing in the form of gifts, and so on.

Er-Telecom and the Government of Buryatia signed an agreement on the development of the telecommunications infrastructure of the digital economy and a comfortable safe urban environment in the republic.
ER-Telecom Holding is planning a large-scale construction of Wi-Fi access points in public places in the Republic of Buryatia, the launch of the Optics to Home project in the private sector of Ulan-Ude and other localities. It uses FTTB technology in the project, which provides high-speed access up to 100 Mbit / s, does not require a fixed telephone and additional equipment.

«ER-Telecom Holding» plans to begin testing and providing services based on the industrial Internet of things (IIoT) for energy facilities and housing and communal services of the Tula region. It’s planned to deploy a network of base stations of the standard LoRaWAN on the territory of Tula and Novomoskovsk. Also, it’s planned to integrate elements of the Smart City system into the existing regional IT infrastructure. This will increase its reliability and efficiency.
The company is planning to send about half a billion rubles to implement the announced projects on the territory of the Tula region.

ER-Telecom has launched Smart Lighting in the Ivanovo region
ER-Telecom with the government of the Ivanovo region have announced the launch of Smart Lighting project in Ivanovo city. As part of the implementation, all the old tube street lamps (more than 15,000 pieces) were replaced by new efficient LED. An important feature of the project is its integration into the “smart city” system. One third of the equipment is “smart” lights, which are controlled remotely. Innovative technology allows you to adjust the lighting as a group of lamps, and each individually, reducing and increasing power (dimming, including switching on and off) depending on the purpose of the illuminated area, time of day, year, weather conditions, the degree of pollution of the lampshades and etc.
The solution is implemented on the basis of a wireless IoT-network based on LoRaWAN technology. As a result of launch of the upgraded lighting system in Ivanovo, saving of energy consumption on street lighting up to 69% from the current indicator, and decrease of operating costs - up to 50% is supposed.

The third quarter of 2018 was successful for ER-Telecom. Consolidated revenue increased by 18% over the same period last year and reached RUB 29,237 million, which corresponds to the previously announced forecast. EBITDA margin also increased, at 33%. ER-Telecom has launched Smart Lighting in Saint Petersburg
ER-Telecom and Lensvet announce the launch of Smart Lighting project in St. Petersburg. Pilot space for the introduction of a smart lighting system was a drive along Korablestroiteley Str., where classic street lamps were replaced by led lights with remote control. The project is implemented using a complex system of Russian production. This project is the first in St. Petersburg case of the implementation of «Smart Light», the infrastructure of which will become the foundation of the city’s street digital ecosystem. The system operates based on the LoRaWAN signal transmission technology, which allows to control simultaneously a large number of sensors in the lamps. Within a few months, it will be possible to analyze the first economic effects – saving energy consumption and reducing operating costs, which, according to company estimates, can range from 40 to 65%.

S&P has confirmed ER-Telecom credit rating at B level with “stable” outlook
Standard and Poor’s (“S&P”) rating agency has confirmed the corporate rating of JSC ER-Telecom Holding at “B” level for national and foreign currencies with "stable" outlook. The agency’s release notes that S&P rating takes into account the market position of ER-Telecom, the second largest provider of broadband internet in Russia. “Stable” outlook reflects the opinion of S&P that the company’s revenue will grow by 15-20% on the annual basis during 2018-2019 and the expected increase of EBITDA margin.

ER-Telecom has launched Smart Lighting in Perm
ER-Telecom Holding the Government of Permsky Krai announce the launch of Smart Lighting project in Perm. The pilot space for Smart Lighting shall be the section of Popov Str. between Lenin Str. and Pushkin Str. The project contemplates the change of the city centre lighting system. 68 classical street lights (lamps and reflectors) were replaced with remotely controlled LED lamps. According to the company, the power savings can reach 60%. The reduction of operating costs can reach 50% due to the optimization of preventive maintenance and prompt replacement of lighting devices. The level of lighting comfort can double.

ER-Telecom Holding has entered into an agreement with the city, according to which video intercoms will be installed in Kolpinsky, Moskovsky, Petrogradsky, Admiralteysky, Kalininsky, Vyborgsky, Nevsky and Primorsky districts of St. Petersburg. ER-Telecom announces its financial results for the 12 months of year 2017
In 2017, ER-Telecom has demonstrated sustainable growth in line with the previously announced plans and the approved growth strategy. The company has managed to strengthen its positions due to effective staff work, launch of new offers, digital products and services, and M&A transactions. The revenues of the holding company grew by 19% compared to the year 2016, which is in line with the planned performance, and amounted to RUB 33,700 million. ER-Telecom Holding announces the completion of the transaction on the acquisition of 100% interests in LLC Telemir. ER-Telecom has entered into an agreement with Actility on the technical support of LoRaWAN network construction
ER-Telecom Holding and Actility, a world leader of Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN) signed an agreement on the rollout of a federal scale LoRaWAN network in Russia at the World Mobile Congress in Barcelona. ER-Telecom is carrying out the construction of a national IoT network together with Actility as a technical partner. Currently, the radio planning is completed in all the cities to be covered by the network, and the company has purchased the first 700 basic stations to be used in LoRaWAN networks. ER-Telecom’s IoT network has already been registered in the unified list of operator class networks and has been assigned an international NetID – 52, which allows providing roaming services to support the Russian exporters and manage the logistics of foreign cargos.

From January 23 to January 26, the 48th World Economic Forum was held in Davos, Switzerland. In the third quarter of 2017, ER-Telecom demonstrated steady and consistent growth and confirmed its earlier plans in terms of revenue, which, after 9 months, has increased by 20% compared to the same period of last year reaching RUB 24, 685 million, a double-digit increase was demonstrated by both business segments: b2c and b2b. ER-Telecom acquires St. Petersburg operator
ER-Telecom Holding has closed the acquisition of 100 percent in the local cable operator TKS Neva from Akado Group. The company’s market share on pay TV market in St. Petersburg will grow by more than 30%. Costumers of both companies will have access to advanced telecommunications solutions of Holding. The consolidation of telecommunications market of Northern Capital and merger with TKS Neva will expand the capabilities of ER-Telecom to launch a new joint products and services.

ER-Telecom has completed the acquisition of 100% of Novotelecom, the largest player at Novosibirsk telecom market. The merged company will take a leading position at Novosibirsk broadband internet access and pay TV markets. ER-Telecom launches Wi-Fi network in St. Petersburg
For new year holidays for residents of St. Petersburg was launched a large-scale Wi-Fi network covering several areas of the city — the entire Nevsky Prospekt, a large part of the Central district, virtually all of Petrograd Island, the Eastern part of Vasilievsky Island and part of the Aptekarsky Island. The operator has launched more than 320 hotspots with a 120 metre radius each, which cover more than 3.5 кm2. In the future, the free Wi-Fi zone in the city will be expanded to 10 кm2. The speed of Internet access for each user is at least 1 Mbps. ER-Telecom Holding is deploying the network under the state contract.

Moody’s Investors Service (“Moody’s”) has today affirmed the corporate family rating (CFR) of ER-Telecom Holding at B2 and its probability of default (PDR) rating at B2-PD. Concurrently, the agency changed the outlook on the ratings to positive from stable. The positive outlook reflects Moody's view that the company's ratings are strongly positioned in the current rating category and have a potential for an upgrade in the next 12-18 months.

ER-Telecom Holding announced the completion of the second issue of PBO-02 bonds for 5 billion RUR with a maturity of 5 years. The formation of the book bids was held on November 30, 2016. A free city Wifi-network was launched in Moscow
In honor of the Moscow City Day, 200 wireless access points to free internet were launched within the Boulevard Ring. The project "City WiFi» implies 1100 hotspots to be installed by the beginning of 2017. ER-Telecom Holding is deploying the network under the state contract from Department of IT of Moscow. In the future the company plans to expand the Moscow case to the whole country.

In partnership with the leading mobile operators in Russia Dom.ru Telecom Operator is launching a pilot project on rendering mobile virtual network services. The company plans to develop
a new business model in all 56 cities of the operator's presence. The new service package Quadro Play allows customers
to significantly reduce their costs for the received services.
